HBI’s pickup and delivery service area includes the entire states of Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, portions of Delaware, southeastern, central & northeastern Pennsylvania, eastern West Virginia and central & eastern North Carolina. HBI serves hundreds of cities and over 8,000 zip codes on a same and next day basis.

Through its HBI Linehaul Express division, the company operates a Next Day, Two-Day, and Three-Day linehaul and airline Road Feeder service to and from the following cities: YUL - YYZ - BUF - ROC - SYR - ALB - JFK - EWR - PHL - MDT - BWI - IAD - RIC - ORF - GSO - RDU - CLT - GSP - ATL - BNA - SGF - STL - MCI - DFW - IAH.
